DL-7 Platform Options
- Telescoping Canopy $7,600
(Used in applications where the vertical travel required exceeds the headroom for the canopy at
upper level.)
- Removable, drop-in access panel in canopy (18”x24”) for use in vaulted applications $1,100
(This is to allow an emergency exit if operator should get trapped in lower level)
- Adjustable Wheel locaters (set of two) $700
(These are magnetic plates which are positioned on platform to physically position the wheels on the
platform.
(
This option is an alternative to the vehicle positioning sensor above)
- PhantomPark Scissors style - Base Model $54,900
DL-7 Finish and Color Options
- Alternate color for standard self-priming, oil based, acrylic enamel (customer to specify color) $475
(This is an excellent industrial quality finish, suitable for most environments).
- Standard two part epoxy (customer to specify color) $2,065
(This finish is tougher than standard oil based paint. It is a very durable finish which will stand up to
chemicals (oil, salt, anti-freeze, etc).
- Two part epoxy ZRC paint finish (medium gray only) $2,550
(This finish has zinc rich solids and provides added protection against corrosion caused by salt).
- Three part epoxy, Steel-It paint finish (medium gray only) $5,920
(This finish has a very high concentration of #316 stainless steel solids; it is corrosion resistant and very
abrasion resistant).
- Rubberized non-skid finish (black only) Call For Pricing.
(This is a spray on rubberized finish that provides a durable, non skid surface).
- Grit Non Skid Finish - Call For Pricing
(This finish is an oxide grit (#24 or courser) that provides excellent non skid properties. This option may
be added to any finish except rubberized non-skid finish)
DL-7 Power unit Options
(Elevation times are based on 8’ of travel)
- 5 HP (230/1/60) Elevation time will be 60 seconds (approx). $1,375
(This option requires a dedicated 30 amp circuit and adequate wiring per local codes)
- 5 HP (460/3/60) Elevation time will be 60 seconds (approx). $860
- 7.5 HP (460/3/60) Elevation time will be 40 seconds (approx). $1,460
- Sound deadening hydraulic power unit (HPU) cover $565
(This is an insulated steel cover that substantially drops the noise level from the power unit. Note:
Motor only runs while lift is raising).
- Manual Lower Valve (mounted on power unit) $188
(This allows for lowering the lift manually if there is a power failure).
- Additional Hydraulic Hose $8.75 per foot
DL-7 Electrical Options
(These prices are for individual components. If multiple options are purchased, additional
cost may be required for “logic controls”. Please consult sales for firm quote).
- Key pad access station $625
(This is an electronic programmable keypad to unlock and activate the lift controls. This is a security
devise to prevent unauthorized use of the lift).
- Vehicle positioning sensor $132
(This is an ultrasonic sensor with green/yellow/red lights to assist in positioning the vehicle from front to
rear. This devise is not integrated with the lift and is to be used as a guide only; ships loose for field
installation).
- E-stop $215
(This devise interrupts the primary power and prevents the lift from being actuated from any control
until reset).
- Vehicle Present Sensor at upper level (Retro-Reflective Photo-eye) - $688
(This sensor uses a reflector on an opposite wall and has a range of about 20’).
- Vehicle Present Sensor at upper level (Thru-beam photo-eye)- $785
(This sensor does not use a reflector and can detect a large object effectively up to about 50’. This is
recommended if there are no adjacent walls available to mount a reflector).
- Gate/door Status Sensors: $265
(This option does not lock the door, but will prevent the lift from moving while the door/gate is in the
open position).
- Solenoid operated door interlock Kit $688
(This option locks the door; it is an electro-mechanical interlock that can be mounted on any door or
gate to restrict access while lift is in motion or to restrict motion of lift while door is open).
- Photo-eye Motion Sensors: $685
(Sensors must be looking out and away from lift).
- Red flashing light: $485
(This option has a (2) second start delay to notify when left lift is about to go in motion; stays on while
lift is in motion).
- Audible Alarm: $132
(This option has a (2) second start delay to notify when lift is about to go in motion; stays on while lift is
in motion).
- Canopy Light Junction Box: $935
(This option is for wiring to a junction box to allow a customer supplied light to be installed. Power
source for light must be from the electrical service, not from the control panel).
3/9/09 Revision #1
- Toe sensor edge: Call For Pricing.
(This option attaches to the underside perimeter edge of the platform or canopy and stops the
downward travel if an obstruction is present).
- Maintained Contact Controls: Call for pricing.
(This allows the operator to push a button and the lift will cycle up or down without holding the button
during travel. This option requires floor plan review and additional safety features may be required).
- Perimeter mounted rigid PVC bellows
8’ Travel: $8,185
9’ Travel: $7,415
10’ Travel: $9,270
11’ Travel: $11,425
12’ Travel: $12,425
These bellows guards enclose the underside of the lifting platform to prevent unauthorized personnel from
getting under the lift when raised. These guards, as designed, also meet the requirements of paragraph 9.1.1.2
of ANSI Standard MH29.1-2008 for protecting the exposed vertical opening under a scissors lift.
Hydraulic Options
Pilot operated checks: $1,105
(This option includes one valve per cylinder and provides an added measure of safety in the unlikely
event of a catastrophic failure of the hydraulic piping system. Note: Motor runs while lowering).
Extended Warranty Options (Parts and Labor)
+1 (Two year total warranty coverage) $1,125
+2 (Three year total warranty coverage) $1,500
+3 (Four year total warranty coverage) $2,125
+4 (Five year total warranty coverage) $2,625
